About Our Coffee

Most non-organic coffee is grown using synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers—all of which can linger in your cup.

On top of that, many coffee beans are improperly stored or processed, making them a common source of mold and mycotoxins (toxic compounds produced by certain types of fungi). Not exactly the kind of morning buzz you’re looking for.

Why does this matter?

Because these hidden chemicals and molds can contribute to everything from hormone disruption and gut imbalances to fatigue, headaches, and long-term inflammation. If you've ever felt jittery, anxious, or off after a cup of coffee—it might not just be the caffeine.

That’s why we serve only organic, mold-free coffee—sourced with care, roasted with love, and tested for purity. So you can sip with intention, knowing what’s in your cup is clean, kind, and crafted for your well-being.

Our Inspiration

Ben and Sami both experienced the healing power of food at different times throughout their lives. Both “recovering vegans”, they are passionate about the power of ancestral eating. Ben has been an OG in the natural products industry for over a decade, and Sami holds a Master’s degree in Traditional Medicine. In 2020, they began their family homestead and now raise their own dairy and meat cows, pigs, and chickens, and tend 7 acres of orchards & gardens. They aspire to bring the healing quality of home-raised-and-grown food to a convenient cafe for all to enjoy.
