HOT FUNCTIONAL FLOW is a reimagined take on yoga, rooted in function over form. We’ve replaced rigid poses with fluid movements that prioritize mobility, strength, and long-term joint health. Just as the name suggests, you’ll leave this class functioning better - mentally, emotionally, and with all of the activities you do in your daily life. This class is designed to support you on and off the mat. We’ve take the thousand-year-old practice of yoga and kept the best parts - while updating the postures themselves to better suit the female body so you can be a lively yogi into your 90s. This class is still deeply grounding, breath-centered, and energetically balanced — but more accessible and intelligent for real bodies.
