Please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class; *DOORS WILL BE LOCKED ONCE CLASS BEGINS*

We have a “0 Minutes Late” Policy for everyone’s safety & enjoyment. Refunds will not be issued in instances where students arrive after the scheduled class time. Please take care to give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the studio.

Please double-check your GPS coordinates, as our studio is located at 21 Main St, Freeport - NOT South Freeport.

Auto Renew Memberships:

- Monthly billing will continue for subsequent months, until cancellation is requested by email to support@hotyogamaine.com

  • Cancellations for auto-renew memberships require 30 days notice in advance of next billing date.

  • Failure to cancel the membership within the 30-day advance notice period will result in the client being liable for their final payment, and they will be able to use their membership until the end of the subsequent payment period.

  • Payment reminders will be sent 30 days before the billing renewal date via email.

  • Members will be allowed to cancel without fees due to a medical conditions (doctor’s note required) or an address relocation (proof of new address required).

Special Events / Enrollments are not included in Unlimited Memberships.

Class Purchase Policy: Please note the expiration date of the class pack that you purchase. Drop in purchases expire 30 days from purchase date. Class packs are non-refundable but can be transferred to other clients. Expirations on class packs are not able to be extended unless a formal request is submitted to us in writing BEFORE the date of expiration for that class pack. Workshops, Teacher Training and Event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Event Description.

Class reservations cancelled 12 hours before the start of class will receive a credit to the account. Class reservations cancelled less than 12 hours before the start of class and "no-shows" will not receive a credit. For unlimited members, there is a late cancellation fee of $10 and a “no-show” fee of $15. If you believe this fee should be waived, please email us.

Retail Return Policy: We will accept returns for retail items for full refund within 7 days from purchase in perfect, unworn condition.
