Surrounded by lush jungle, warm ocean air, and the grounding energy of the earth, we’ll immerse ourselves in daily movement practices designed to awaken, strengthen, and restore. Nutritious and intentionally prepared meals will nourish us. Sleep deeply surrounded by the noises of the jungle and distanced from technology. Swim with us in a private cenote. Engage in a welcoming ceremony with a traditional Mexican shaman. Enjoy meaningful conversations and structured, sacred rest. Practice what it is to live in reciprocity, resilience, and compassion - through the divine spirit in each of us.

This is an all-inclusive retreat.
The value of this retreat includes 5 nights at Lunita Jungle Resort, three local and/or organic meals per day, transportation to/from the Cancun International Airport, and all retreat experiences, including daily Uprise + yoga classes, and any group excursions or activities.

During this trip to the jungle of Riviera Maya, we will have the opportunity to experience:
A blessing ceremony led by an authentic, traditional Mexican shaman
A boat excursion and coral reef diving adventure
Tour to a private cenote
On-site temazcal (traditional Mexican sauna)

We will be taking up to 16 students on this retreat. There are eight bungalows available to book privately or shared with a friend or other guest. The cost of the retreat is per person; not per bungalow.

Each day will be different due to group activities, and schedules may change according to the unique needs of the group. We will be sure to drink all of the nectar out of this experience. This is just one example of what a day may hold.

meet your facilitators
Sami brings with her over a decade of experience leading retreats internationally. She prides herself on being able to simultaneously guide an immersive journey into another culture while holding intentional space for the very private self work that tends to happen during these peak experiences. Her training in space-holding is diverse and extensive. Sami is a mother of three, a yogi for life, Uprise studio owner, and a passionate facilitator of healing.
Ben’s experience in leadership ranges from captaining sailing expeditions, to leading a band, to his current role as Vice President of Sales for an importer of organic ingredients from countries such as Mexico. His involvement in men’s work and facilitating men’s circles over the last several years has prepared him to hold space for the masculine energy in our group. He is a father of three, a saxophonist, and a homesteader.

Your 50% deposit guarantees your spot on this dream adventure to Riviera Maya. After placing your deposit, please contact us to let us know whether you’d like a private or shared room, and whether you will be traveling alone or with a friend or partner.

After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know - detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

Payment plans are available. Balance must be paid in full before January 21 , 2027 and will be split into even installments each month. Non-payment plan balances are due no later than October 1, 2026. Payments can be made through Walla, cash, or check. A 3% fee will be added for credit card payments.

We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
